Teresa led the Brand Marketing team at Panera Bread and championed brand strategy across the business including the retail environment, packaging, advertising, website content, gift card, neighborhood marketing, franchisee marketing, HR materials and CPG growing consistent awareness as Panera grew into new markets and trade areas.


  • Managed national marketing calendar ensuring programs and brand communications were effectively implemented across all company- and franchise-owned markets including retail, packaging, merchandising and advertising
  • A good eye for creative design and brand building, owned Panera’s relationship with the creative agencies, external media, print production and fulfillment partners, including including budgeting, creative briefs, and photoshoots for print and broadcast media
  • Active involvement with consumer research including study design for brand positioning, new initiatives and programs like new day-part products and catering, and individual product testing at retail including customer intercepts
